Once your order is confirmed and dispatched, you will receive automatic updates through multiple channels. Here's everything you need to know about tracking your Vellmor order.

1Order Tracking Page

You can track your order directly through the store's order tracking page. Simply enter your order number to view your current order status in real time.

• Order statuses are automatically synced from our fulfilment partner Taager.
• Available statuses include: Order Received, Confirmed, Awaiting Courier, Out for Delivery, and Delivered.
• Make sure you have your order number ready — it was sent to you at the time of order confirmation.

2WhatsApp & SMS Notifications

Automatic status update messages are sent directly to your phone number whenever your order status changes. These messages are triggered when:

• Your order is confirmed by our team.
• Your order is handed over to the delivery courier.
• Your order is out for delivery.
• Your order has been successfully delivered.

3Email Updates

If you provided your email address at checkout, you will also receive automatic order status updates by email whenever your order progresses through the fulfilment stages.
